TERMS AND CONDITIONS It is an implied term that, by using the SofiaHotelApartments.com website, you agree to accept our terms and conditions stated below. PRICES All rates are per apartment per night (NOT per person). All rates are inclusive of VAT @ 20% and service. For short stays less than 3 months, utilities are included and reasonable usage is covered. Excess bills (more than 30% on same period previously) are payable by the Visitor. For long stays of more than 3 months or leases, utilities are excluded and billing for electricity, central heating and water usage charges are paid by the Visitor. Internet connection is included in the price. A visitor is responsible for supplying a personal PC. Telephone line is only included for city dialing. BOOKINGS This booking is not binding until complete. Bookings can be made through the on-line booking form, by E-mail, fax or telephone. You will be notified in 24 hours on working days by email or telephone of your reservation confirmation, including full booking details. A minimum booking period is applicable to each property and visitors shall consider it. In the event that the apartment of your choice is fully booked at the time of submitting your reservation request, SofiaHotelApartments.com will endeavour to offer you an alternative apartment of similar price, quality and location. We will not, of course, proceed with an alternative reservation without your prior approval. Changing a booking is possible without additional charge subject to availability of free apartments for the requested period. If there is a difference in the prices of the booked apartments, it shall be compensated. PAYMENT The overall payment for the stay is due upon your arrival. The payment can be made by credit card or cash. For stays longer than 30 days payments shall be made regularly on a monthly basis. In case such is required, a security deposit amounting to €100 shall be left with the property manager during the stay. CANCELLATIONS You may cancel any reservation, without penalty, providing you cancel 10 days prior to arrival at the latest. If you fail to arrive at the apartment on your intended date of arrival without prior cancellation or cancel less than 10 days in advance, a fee amounting to 20% of the requested booking will be charged on your credit card. DAMAGES AND BREAKAGES All the properties have lists of the available equipment and its condition. It is the responsibility of the visitor to check and report any incorrect statements upon arrival. Any damage to the property that occurs during the visitor's stay shall be the responsibility of the visitor. Any costs incurred as a result of these damages shall be compensated by the visitor. Visitors arrange an inspection before departure to ensure the property is left in the same condition and to have the requested security deposit back. PERSONAL DETAILS Visitors herewith authorize SofiaHotelApartments.com to use their personal data to the extent necessary only for the purposes of the reservation. SofiaHotelApartments.com shall not disclose this data to any third parties unless such disclosure is needed for the purposes of the reservation or is required by the law. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SofiaHotelApartments.com excludes all warranties, express or implied relating to this website. SofiaHotelApartments.com shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered as the result of the use of this website.
